CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (HIRING NOW: NOVEMBER 2021)

We’re looking for a new team member to join the customer care function for our ticketing and gift voucher platforms. You’ll be responsible for a dedicated customer base which you’ll onboard to the software and then provide with ongoing technical and account management support.

We’re looking for someone who excels in building and maintaining close relationships with customers and is comfortable working autonomously. A pro-active attitude, accuracy and excellent communication skills are key as you’ll be required to advise customers on how to proficiently use the software and think outside the box to solve customer issues.
